I'm going to be on my period the week I have my surgery! How fun is that going to be!

I think this is a great idea. I've havent taken a full body shot in so long I cant even remember the last time. I hate seeing myself in pictures all large and in charge. LOL. I will try and get mine done and up here this week. I will probably cry a little bit but i'll get it done.

I start my prep diet on Wednesday, but i am not on the all liquid. Mine is the south beach diet phase 1.

Yes the dr.'s office just called back and it's May 16!

It's official! The dr.'s office just called and i'm scheduled for May 16th! I'm so excited, nervous, happy and every other emotion you could think of at this moment. I can barely sit still. This much good anxiety doesn't work well when you have a desk job...LOL!

I got the call this morning that my insurance has been approved and she has let the dr.'s office know!!! I'm just waiting on them to call me back to officially set my date. I'm hoping for May 16. This is so exciting and scary all at the same time. As soon as I seen her number come up on my phone my heart dropped! New me here I come!

For those of you who are taking Biotin, how many milligrams are you taking daily? I have hair loss now which worries me. I know it's due to my crappy diet so I just want to make sure I dont go bald before this is all over with.

No worries it will go by before you know it. I had my last appt on April 20th, now just waiting on my approval!

OMG I just posted the exact same thoughts. I'm so nervous and anxious! I know I get my self worked up for nothing but that's me. I read a saying once, that I keep repeating over and over for some comfort, "If you aren't scared of what's ahead of your dreams, then you aren't dreaming big enough"

I suffer from anxiety and over the years have learned to control it without medication. Now that I'm only a month away from surgery, my anxiety has been through the roof! I'm anxious about every minor detail. I'm anxious about being anxious! I keep wondering, what if I have a panic attack, what if I'm an emotional wreck after the surgery, etc. Anyone else suffer from anxiety that has already been banded? Any thoughts?

I had a 6 month waiting period for my insurance, as well. My last appointment is Thursday and surgery is scheduled for May (keeping fingers crossed). Congrats on starting your new journey and the time will fly by!

That has been the hardest obstacle for me is not drinking with meals. So are we to not drink at all not even small sips? I cant lie the lingering taste of food in my mouth occasionally makes me nauseous so having something to wash it down always helps.
