I h w Aetna and they did require a 2 yr weight documentation but that can consist of any weight documenting has he been to any doctor at all in the last 2 yrs that has recorded his weight?? Weight watchers? A journal anything at all??? Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk

This happened to me also!! Then I got 3 cc fill and still no restriction! Called doctor and bumped up my next appt to Monday!! I just watch what i eat very carefully!! Haven't lost or gained staying the same! All we can do is hope that once we get to our "sweet spot" it will all begin to click Sent from my iPhone using LapBandTalk

I am finally home!!! feeling pretty sore today got shoulder pain. I a walking aroound alot though to try to releive the pains. boy it sure was scarry having complications with my heart. Delayed surgery 2 days. had to have echo and stress test which by the way the stress test hurt bad, they injected me with this chemical that made it feel like i was having a full blown heart attack, very very uncomfortable. but all tests showed my heart was strong so they preceded to do surgery yesterday morning and i am home today. So glad to be home 3 day stay was too long for me lol.

I had a sleep study done. It is to see if you h e sleep apnea which is when u stop breathing in your sleep . They have you stay overnight and hook up a bunch of wires to you and then tell you to sleep ! Ya right you don't sleep much!! Anyways I do have it but my surgeon is ok with it he said they just needed to know so that when I am under they do some things differently not sure what exactly . He also said once I loose the weight it most likely will go away on its own!

I am scheduled for may 2 nd! Did all the pre op stuff ( sleep study, upper gi, nutritionist etc...) I only have my appt for medical clearance on April 19th and then sign the consent on April 26 th!!! So excited to finally be so close good luck to everyone

i did a sleep study at the doctors office, they had a seperate place with rooms and beds, found it very hard to sleep. They told me if we wake u up in the middle of the night to wear the cpap then you have sleep apnea bad. They didnt wake me up thought I was all good, but then I get call from doctor saying we want you to do it again this time wearing the mask, well at 600.00 dollars out of my own pocket for this I politely refused, and it was fine with my doc he said most likely your sleep apnea will go away once i lose weight
