Joined The Gym Today.
I teach long hours so I can't join a fitness club until June. I went there last summer and loved it. Now I can't wait, even more, since I'll be working out with so much weight lost already!!

Sudden Vitamin Problems
Same for me. But the recommended dose on the gummy bottle is 2 per day and I take them 3 times per day. This still puts me under the levels I would have gotten if I stayed with the surgeon recommended "Celebrate" Vitamins. So I've gone out to supplement with B6 & 12 and Biotin. (already take a separate calcium too),

Good for you!! You are taking care of you and I do pray that your family comes around when it's all said and done. We will be here for you!! Good luck and God Speed!- Don't Understand Why I Can't Keep Anything Down?!?
I agree. I hope this gets better for you very soon!!- So...am I The Only One..?
Hahahaha!! I love this story. I was that scared too - but I LOVE THE CHEESEBURGER PART LOLOL!!- So...am I The Only One..?
My pre-op was like Benjammin's. Low Carb/High Protein (for 14 days). I did seriously start missing breads (PIZZA was hard to bypass!!), but I wanted the surgery more than life itself and was so very afraid they would start the surgery, say my liver was too big, close me up and send me home. I've read about people that have had their surgery cancelled for one reason or another and my heart goes out to them. Good Luck!!- Before/after Pics...finally Got Brave!
OH! You look amazing!!! Congrats on getting brave. If I ever see my 130's, I'm so doing this!!- How Long Are You Out Of Work?
I teach High School - My surgery was on a Tuesday so I had the rest of that week and the following week off. I wasn't in any pain when I went back, but that first week I was CRAZY fatigued. The only 5 days of this school year that I left "on time." I went home and slept every day that week and still slept good at night. (I'm NOT an afternoon napper so my husband was pretty sure I was dying that week).- Day 3 And Holy Heartburn
I swear by Nexium!!- My Kids Make My Heart Smile Nsv
For better &/or for worse, kids don't lie!! Very cool NSV!- 350Lbs To 238Lbs In 10 Months So Far... Wow
Dud2Stud - You've got so many deserving compliments that you so deserve! Don't feel like there is much left to say but way to go!!!!- Memorial Day Challenge!
Another 3 bites the dust. I've lost 11 out of the 15 pounds for my Memorial Day goal!- Straw Drinking?
I'm thinking you have not done any irrepairable damage. I'm 5 almost 6 weeks post surgery and one time, absentmindedly, started drinking out of a straw. The pain caused by extra air did go away before too long.- Horribly Painful Acid Reflux
I'm a true NEXIUM believer!!- Dimple/hole/dip Incision On Stomach
Yes, I have this too. If you watch videos, like on UTube, of the procedure, you'll see that they put a "thing" that looks like a cylinder in that particular incision. That is where they fill you with gas and pull your excised stomach out. On one video it looked like, from the INSIDE, that at the base of the cylinder something rotates in a circle to clear the area away. This would essentially push the fat out of the area causing this indented area. Mine is already less noticeable.- Almost A Year....
Hi Ashely! How awesome for you!! Ok...so you said ask, so I've just got to....How much did your breast lift cost? Mine are getting pretty saggy and I've only lost about 35 pounds! I figure by the time I'm done I'm going to be strapping the ladies down with my belt at my waist! LOL- Very Saddened
So sorry for your shocking news. Good luck on your road to recovery! What are your doctor's recommendations/predictions?- Whats Everyones Vitamin Regimen ?
- I'm 58 And My Boobs Are Really Sagging.....help!
Yay for YOU!!! Oh my Gosh - 70 pounds is so amazing. I'll be curious to see what others think. Mine are already drooping and I've only lost about 30-ish pounds. I keep thinking my next gift to myself will be a boob and face lift! LOL- Psych Evaluation - What To Expect?
I had to do a survey first. There were like 200 short statements that I have to rate on a 1-5 scale and a lot of the the statements were the same but worded differently. Like: "On a scale o 1 -5 do you feel like you have a support system in place?" Then later I'd read: "On a scale of 1-5 are you lacking support?" The Doc said they don't do that to trip you up but to see if you can read and comprehend. We are expected to be educated about this journey and we have to sign A LOT of forms for consent, etc. He said that for patients where the scores come back funky, he recommends additional "classes" to help educate them that may take an additional 3 months to 1 year. Also, like Lissa said, there were a TON of questions about drugs and alcohol and he said, seriously, NOT interested in ancient history. You'll be fine!! Have fun! - Bought The Tickets, Still No Suport
