  1. You look good. I love your darker hair color. Don't beat yourself up to much. You fell off. Just pick yourself up and start again. It is never to late. Sorry about the loss of your mother. Maybe try yoga to reduce stress.
  2. It feels good to FINALLY be able to wear my old clothes.
  3. That's is one of my goals
  4. Thanks for sharing your journey
  5. Every step is a good step. I also have bad knees and weighted 291 pounds. Walking 1 mile was a chore. 2 months later, I am walking 3 miles without difficulty.
  6. You lost more that half your body weight. That is AWESOME! Maybe your body is saying that is it.
  7. I've lost 60lbs and I started having periods again. Ugh!
  8. Size 14, I can't wait.
  9. You looked toned. How much weight did you lose?
  10. I am 5 months post op. I thought that at this point, I should be getting my daily protein from foods not shakes. Well, I had a doctor's appt last week. I was told that I should keep drinking protein shakes because food alone does not provide enough daily protein. I guess all surgeons have different opinions.
  11. Keep doing your happy dance. This journey keeps getting better and better.
