  1. Hey! I lost 110 and gained 20 .. I was throwing up everything when it slipped. It hurt so bad I was in so much pain

  3. In the beginning you may feel a little discouraged because I did as well.. But after the months pass you will see a difference I promise. And even though you want a taste, it isn't worth it because it will make you want more. You still can get good things like those 100 calorie packs of brownies or whatever you like. Just stay away from things that hurt your stomach because in the long run it isn't worth it!
  4. It was a tough journey but I finally am down 110 pounds in a years period. So happy and I'm still going!!
  5. My 1 year anniversary was on Wednesday.. I had to get a new band on Tuesday because it slipped. I lost 110 pounds since surgery last year but the past 2 months I wasn't sticking to what I was doing and it slipped! It was awful
