  1. I had my surgery on 3/21 also, I have also found it difficult to get all my fluids in. My doc said no protein till this wed. I think that beef and chicken broth are awesome and the warm liquid seems to relax my stomach. Decaf coffee is also great and I am with ya on the Popsicles..I can't get enough banana ones I have been doing that and I have lost 10 pounds already. I was so unsure of what I had done after the surgery, but aside from the pain..I feel great and I am so happy I took this path in weight loss. I am new to this site but reading everyones story's and suggestions is a big help. You will do GREAT!!
