Has anybody tried the Protein energy shot Elite Series???? Is it ok that it's also an energy shot? 26grams of protein

Mine is just a low fat diet right now and my liquid diet starts on the 24th. I'm doing ok. I have cheated once but that's not too bad lol. How are you?

I am also getting sleeved on May 1st! My pre op low fat diet started and my liquid diet starts next wed. How are you doing so far?

Well, I have eaten fresh fruit and veggies, and baked fish today. Ive been drinking water also. My surgery is in 15 days and meet with my NUT on wednesday.

My surgery is May 1st and I meet with the nutritionist on the 18th. I would like to go ahead and start my low fat diet but I was hoping for some ideas on what to eat on this diet. Any advice at all is needed!!!

I'm so glad you posted this. I have always been a binge eater and I'm scared that the surgery may not be able to change that. I sure hope it does! I feel that for me the hardest part will be the pre op diet.

I have mine done on march 27th an I am nerve city over here!!! Would love to here some experiences!!!

I have to have one in 7 days. I am also a bit nervous about it but I here that there is nothing to it!

I weigh 260 and I am 5'3. Getting my sleeve done is honestly all I can think about!! I guess my fear is that the surgery won't change my appetite. My dr said that I won't be as hungry. I am self pay so I just want this to be a successful procedure. Any input from somebody would be great. .
