Glad you are doing so well, i go for last surgeons consult the 9th surgery on the 21 in Woodstock IL I am scared to death, for some reason no other surgery has shook me like this one.

Hi everyone I am so scared, dare not tell my husband Got my date Aug 21 ,I am 49 5'5 230. Last year at this time was 202 life~~~ well death got in the way of losing on my own,again!! My niece was found dead in Aug {heart} my brother in law passed away with ALS, the day after burying my niece & my brother in Nov of cancer. was a long year.

BCBS of Iowa, at least 6 mo of Dr supervised weight loss/managemt. in the last 5 years.Was denied first then did the 6 mo turned this in & three days later had the o.k letter in my hot little hand.

Hi I have BCBS of Iowa I had to do a 6 mo Dr supervised diet, Every month I saw her for" weight management" Not office visit, or follow up!! I had to make sure that was the code they used. She filled out paper work that I got from the center where i am having the surgery. I started Jan 11 last visit was July 12.I took all six mo paper work to the center on the 12 & received the ok letter in the mail on the 19 that fast. Now I am scared to death lol. But IL bcbs just removed the 6 month requirement.
