  2. My surgeons office filed everything with no issues. Dont worry, I had a bmi of 41 with no health issues so you should be approved. They didn't even ask me for any weight loss attempts or weight history.

  9. Hey Kelly! I was banded on March 15th too! I have had a pretty easy time but I have been taking my pain meds. Getting in and out of bed is a challenge! What type of diet does your doctor have you on?
  10. I was banded on Thursday and I'm feeling pretty good. I went to my sons soccer game this morning and went shopping this afternoon. I have a lot of gurgling in my stomach lol. I can't tell if its gas or hunger. I just feel like I have done 1000 situps. I would love to have a "buddy" that was banded around the same time as me so we can follow each others progress!
  11. Has anyone used Mederma for their scars?

  17. Im on an all liquid diet until my surgery on Thursday and it has made me realize how many food commercials there are! I also noticed how much everyone at work talks about food! It has been really hard!
  18. Thank you! I am a little nervous about how long it will take me to get in the green zone. From my understanding it will be about 5 to 6 weeks before I get my first fill. Is that correct?
