  1. Hello from on coffee to another . I too was concern and i ask my surgeon abt drinking coffee and he said as long as its decaf and watch sugars on creamer, so i have NESLTE Coffeemate lowfat original flavor and it has 1gram sugar per table spoon, and it still needs half pack equal! hope this helps!
  2. hey DONT DO IT! remember red meats are now a no-no pre-op and post op red meats. go for the chicken instead or i like the shrimp!

Okay so i was sleeved 3/27/12 , 2days stay in hsptl 1st day aftr surgery was great (morphine) but baby when it wears off!!! so day 2-3 was stuff. day 4 the gas is more irritating than painful , im taking no pain meds (yeah) but i cant drink or SIP any of these protein shakes or soups . So im worried im not intaking enough proteins. any suggestions???????????????? oh yeah im down 10lbs in 5days yeah!!!!
  4. yeah! im being sleeved 3/27, so how do you feel energy wise! im hoping to go back to work week two! do u thonk thats possible???
