Haha, i think you better get ready...your running out of time! I've already started packing.....like 3 months ago lol my suitcases are sitting in my guest room . Congrats!! Where are you having your surgery??? Congrats to you as well Great tips! I hope you posted these tips in the mexico surgery forum as well. I'm sure that would help a lot of people. I'm having mine done in south carolina ...i've already asked if i can bring my favorite pillow. I NEED it !!! lol and my gas-X strips are packed....even though doc says his patients typically don't have gas pains...they have nausea....not sure why this is but im taking them anyway!! And, if anyones having nausea my friend suggested "sea bands" from CVS...its a bracelet that hits pressure points and stops the nausea..They use it for car sickness, sea sickness, even chemo.

I hope it flys by! my original date was september 10th and i changed it to august 8th so that shed a month off of my time ....but honestly i feel like it has kind of flown by. Before you know it we're all going to be posting "I'M GETTING SLEEVED TOMORROW!!!" so excited to post those words!!

LoL you guys took it to a whole new level!!! I was just talking about the outter "girth" not the "inner goodness" <---lol still cracking up at the poster that said that lol!!! But it turned into that, and i've been laughing ever since. i love it!!!! haha. I've had the crappiest couple days and im so glad its friday, but turning on my computer and clicking on this forum just brightened my day !!!!

Congrats on your date! your two days after me I kind of know what to expect, i've been in constant contact with some fellow posters that i've become close friends with so they're kind of letting me follow beside them during their journeys so i know whats going on , or whats going to happen. Do you have any specific questions we can help you with???

] Welcome ! I think everyone gets scared when it becomes so real....we just have to remember WHY we're doing this it'll all be okay and next year we're going to come on this post and talk about how hot we are and share photos

LOL i was looking forward to coming to work and reading the comments. I knew there would be more. LadyIvy. i didn't say VAGINA because i didn't know if they are strict about that stuff on here. A lot of forums don't let you post certain words....i coulda said coochie, clam, poonani, pootang, vag, tunnel of love, "inner goodness" , sausage wallet, among about 1000 other words but i chose to stick with hoo haa thinking it would be safe and not get moderated And like someone said...its all in good light fun ....Glad everyone enjoyed the post and I think it was pretty informational..... To the poster that got sick after the band and ended up at 98 lbs, hope your feeling great now.

lol!!! you guys are great....if you dont know. ..i posted in the post op section too! Got some great answers over there as well. I knew we were all wondering. It just took a jersey girl to blurt it out I dont want it to droop...i just want it to thin out a bit and not be so "poofy" as someone said!!! Glad other big girls can relate to that! I'll still always love it no matter what....but just like me, "she" CAN stand to lose some fat!

So here it goes! I know the ...willy...looks bigger when men lose weight...obviously because they're losing weight. and i know our ta ta's might droop and sag. I know this from previous weight loss. But what about the ....."hoo ha"? I'll spare the graphicness of the post but you all know what i'm getting at!!! Does it change at all????

i figured some post sleevers would see it since they check pre op questions a lot lol. Wasn't sure where to post, i guess i'm used to posting in pre op..since i'm pre op.....And, i think its more fun watching everyone get all flustered Glad some of you have also thought about this!!!

Welcome misty and audrey!! Audrey, congrats on your date!!! I'll be just getting home from Myrtle beach with my new sleeve and you'll be getting yours! Misty, good luck! I booked my date around my work schedule too, and the prices were good (if i would have waited to book the flights for my mom and boyfriend.....instead i booked september first then changed to 8/8 so i changed the flights and it ended up costing more than it did to book them in the first place , plus the original fee....so make sure u don't switch your flights lol!!) Good luck to you both! We all need to keep in touch!

It's going to be for the best. and lets face it your still going to be 6'4 ...you may still be big man or big daddy.... or buff big man lol ....it'll work itself out, dont worry. Your health is important...you and your wife are going to be healthy and live nice long lives together being more active. The pain wont be bad from what i've heard. Good luck can't wait to see your progress...and congrats to your wife!!
