  1. I've had a food funeral but didn't think about having a sex funeral. LBVS! Sent from my HTC Evo 4G using VST
  2. 5 weeks post op and I'm going thru the same thing. All I can say is if you take Colace make sure and stay home. Package said it works in 12-72 hours. It had me running in less than 2 hours. LOL. Sent from my HTC Evo 4G using VST
  3. So so so glad to read this. I am a little over 5 weeks post op and stuck at a 25 lb loss since about 2 weeks post op. I was just hoping I didn't go thru all this to only lose 25lbs when I need to lose 200. I can keep my head up now for a while. A friend of mine is going thru the same thing and I'll tell her too. Thanks for the info! Sent from my HTC Evo 4G using VST
  4. Sleeved on 4/24 and now on purees foods but able to eat 2-4 oz at a time. I usully have a Protein shake for Breakfast, pureed chicken for lunch, another Protein Shake around mid-afternoon and then either grilled fish or pureed chicken for dinner. Getting my Water.in but.must be super diligent about it. I've lost 25 lbs post op and now in a stall. Confessions: I ate some fried chicken today and I liked it but then regretted it. First time I actually felt full and it was nausiating. I'll stick to my 2-4 oz purees until I hit the soft food stage in another week. Sent from my HTC Evo 4G using VST
  5. I'm having the same issues. I get my 40 grams of protein from a 20 oz bottle of Isopure drink so it counts toward my liquids too although I haven't been able to get down over 40oz in one 24 hour period. Woulf.love to hear any suggestions to get more liquids in. Sent from my HTC Evo 4G using VST
  6. My surgery was Tuesday and I'm feelin ok. Dr had to fix a hiatal hernia and I think that is what hurts the.most. Glad to be home and unplugged from the IV! Sent from my HTC Evo 4G using VST

  9. Try yam noodles. You can get them in the cooler section at a whole foods/co-op, asian food store or international grocer. NO calories, you don't have to cook them, just rinse and add them to your dish. They taste just like rice noodles! A friend gave me some and I was amazed. Sent from my HTC Evo 4G using VST
  10. You can find the Isopure at GNC. I use the chocolate powder and mix it myself. Not sure what you mean about the grams. The back of the package will give you the serving size and how many carbs, calories, Vitamins, etc are in each serving. Does that help? Sent from my HTC Evo 4G using VST
