  1. Just made that ricotta bake was amazing but with guacamole it would take it to another level lol
  2. I would call your doc I used two days of pain medication and than I wasn't in enough pain or discomfort to take them.
  3. I got mine 6/25/17 far I'm down almost 50 in two pounds but I remember when the same thing happened to me, don't worry follow the diet and keep walking.
  4. Have you measured yourself? I stalled for a while but my shorts started fitting.. so I was losing inches. I'm barely a month out and still on mushy food so maybe that why. Good luck and just stop and re evaluate your current plan
  5. Man I remember when I was two weeks out I wanted nothing to do with working out. Went to my daughters graduation and was out of breath walking to the car... now at 1 month out I can't wait to get on a workout regimen.. so I csn get to my goal weight only 51 more lbs

  8. Hope this isn't like when i had my lap band I would get stuck with everything except the bad food. This time i have vowed to eat slower and chew more.

  10. lol my stomach has made noises my whole life, not to mention my hernia. My stomach has stopped since the surgery.
  11. I'm struggling with this also, today I got some zantac 150 see if that helps out, I have never experienced acid reflux so didn't know what was going on until I explained it to my doctor.
  12. Went yesterday was good all day some coasters that added more pressure in abdominal area were a slight discomfort but for the most part it was good.
  13. Just went to six flags 4.5 weeks out got on mostly everything was fine till I rode tatsu than the motion sickness hit me, I don't blame it on the surgery as motion sickness has always been an issue for me and rides
  14. Im 4 weeks post op just started them, and b12 I feel much better not to mention this nasty taste in my mouth disappeared, don't know if it's related to taking the Vitamins
  15. How long after being sleeved can I go on roller coasters?
  16. My 5 year old daughter hit me on my stomach maybe a week out (if that), woke me up from being dead asleep. Horrible pain, my poor daughter has been so careful around me won't give me a hug anywhere near my stomach. Make sure you sleep with one eye open lol....
  17. Sushi and Mexican food are my weakness lol, can't wait till i can have a bite of each lol...
  18. I"m kind of scared to continue on to the mushy stage, i had a lap band which was a nightmare as i was always throwing up i'm on week 4 and barely eating pureed food.
  19. You have boiled eggs in the purée stage? I read some do some don't?
  20. I'm waiting on my 6 week mark when doctor said I can have a low carb monster lol.
  21. Happened to me for a few days after getting sleeve especially if drank anything before bed.
  22. Get off the scale, don't feel sorry for yourself and get up and do something.. good luck
  23. Are you going to purée the chicken as well? I just entered this stage and not as excited as I thought I would be lol..
