  2. I confess that for the past few days I ate stuff that was easy to go down because I hate how meat make me feel. I confess that I have not exercise like I should but still proud of my weight loss I confess that I to are worried about the loose skin. I confess that I am going back to blending my meat & since I have one week of school left I am going to get moving more. I confess that I worried about stalls even though I have read about them hundreds of times.   12. I had to catch myself yesterday. I actually picked up the Water as I was about to sit down and eat I did however spit it (water) out. I am only 10 days out so I'm learning. I am scared of hurting my tummy so I haven't been getting in half the potein. I am going to add two shakes back into my diet. My nut told me the other day that drinking and eating not only washes the food out quickly but it can also stretch the stomach. It will get better as some of the others has mention.   13. I do some lifting at my job & I thought I could go back to work after two weeks. Doctor said I could only go back if I was on light duty. No such luck, Im off for four weeks. I also had a hernia repair. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S using VST

  15. I get sick of an ex that tells me this is the easy way out. I told him its not the easy way. I still have to exercise, and watch what I eat just like a person who hasn't had wls. I told him the difference between me and someone who hasnt had wls is my food is always portion control because of my smaller tummy. He's a real jerk & thats why he is an EX....
