  3. My starting weight was 340 lbs & as of today aug. 8th, I weigh 294.8. I haven't been under 300 in at least 9 yrs, & it feels so goooood. Besides having my kids this surgery is the best thing that has happened in my life. Having this surgery, took awhile to adjust, but I thank God for it. I feel like I got my life back.
  4. I've been sleeved since june 4th & so far I've lost 25lbs. I'm happy to be loosing weight, but at the same time I'm missing food. After 3 bites I'm done, I can't eat anymore & sometimes it makes me so mad, because the food tastes so good.

  15. To be honest with you I did have regrets the day after surgery, because this was something new for me. But now I have no regrets because I see some changes with my body, I walked today & didn't get tired or my back didn't hurt and......I can reach body parts that I had trouble reaching, lol
  16. I drove my truck today, it felt so dang gon good. I didn't feel uncomfortable, I don't know how to describe it, it just felt different. when I stopped at my job today, my co-workers even say I look different already & my surgery was just Monday.

  18. I will be totally honest, having this surgery is very big, this is something u really need to think about. I will admit the very next day I was feeling regret, but each day I'm feeling better. I had my surgery Monday & today I'm having some heartburn & diarrhea, that's nothing compared to the other days. I'm not hungry, I only eat because I have to, to get energy. I can't wait to get over this hurdle.
