Considering plastic surgery in Mexico. Any recommendations, and comments would be greatly appreciated.

I was sleeved on 10/31/2012 and I understand how everyone feels this has been difficult. Gas, nausea, bad day

Well, my surgery is scheduled for Wednesday, October 31, 2012 and I have been very nervous so I smoked a cigarette. Do they have a way to check nicotine the day of surgery? I do not want that to stop me from getting the surgery. Myra

Received my approval and surgery date is October 31, 2012. I am so nervous and anxious....not second guesing myself just nervous about the entire process. After next week, I begin a journey that will be totally new..

Thanks everyone...I am having the sleeve gastrectomy and my doctor also does the sleeve gastric. It is my understanding the difference is the gastric sleeve is more invasive. Whereas, the sleeve gastrectomy involves removing only part of the stomach.

I will be starting the liver shrinking diet and my doctor wants me to stay on the diet for a month. While I do not agree with that idea, I will speak with him about being on the diet for 2 weeks.
