  1. Hi MrsM, Like that cream of wheat, used it for my early breakfasts years past before work and twice the amount plus all that butter and brown sugar, I'd maybe add molly mcbutter butter flakes and agave syrup, fat free milk and salt if you can. I've since that time taken more controlls but that was to me in theory then a great source energy plus nutritrionally for the work, was completley filling.

If somebody hit on this and wants to know about tea look at this link; http://www.teavana.c...fo/types-of-tea ...
  3. It may be so, what goes in may come out for a day or how ever long that is.So it was said about the liquid diet portion.
  4. Congrats to you, that blender sure should help a great deal for you now.
  5. interesting that you people took the pills, I was told I can not until a certain point in time. Who knows, that may be so or they may allow what ever if I pushed it forward.
  6. There are liquid replacements some times or at the right stage you can get a pill pulverizer and add it to apple sauce or something. I found these wellese brand liquid vites and also a very good chewable on the site adverts. Maybe your Doc will change you for a while to something compatible but you'll need ask the Doc that prescribes for each need to do it. Also my surgeon spoke of there being no post op need for blood preasure med. http://www.baribest.com/store/baribest/opurity-bypass-optimized-multi-vitamin.html This one has the vites and Calcium and B12 and D3 and Iron ! Other are a variety of high dose lquid types. I am seeing 1 doctor to change this week Monday. Antother has an appoinment with me on 30th for the same, my date is set Dec second week of. Good luck
  7. Wow ! sounds good to me, I can't wait for just something the same in my life. I can also sympathize that I only usually have been buying all my clothes through catalogs for big and tall. Even gave up thinking about various department stores and such as they have little or nothing to accomidate me and they run out quick when they do. Man, the sky is the limit, go to almost any store now. nice, keep up the great results.
  8. Lol, That's good to know, I thought of buying a white tea and saw that too.I got a sampler Samuri chai mate too but it came with a spoon. Unfortunatley my first order got ruined in shipping, they just replaced part and refunded the tea cost. The shipping was Amazon through UPS and they placed the tea with a 12 ct. ready drink Protein shake I got, I can guess the rest. I will look for the Maharaja chia Oolong, Thanks
  9. Wish you better luck from here.
  10. The longer you keep some rules and put this stuff in check the better, so then after maybe a little cheat, but the habits not good when you just do it allot. Maybe keep some low fat no sugar things around in the back of your cabinet for the time you fuss and need it that badly, maybe add prayer lol.
  11. Hey Piplula, Another little thing here for future habit on crackers, hmmm. The video didn't work sorry though, I guess I can look into youtube directly maybe. So, from your last tid bit post I happened in on, I have taken to Tea's, I am starting to gather a few for my post op need and some now, the Youthberry Wild Orange Blossom is on the list, I have 4 oz. Teavana Weight To Go! coming in mail for Tuesday. I found that Oolong's are good for dieting, I rather like black tea's already and the Matte's are very much high quality at Teavana. Another company for this is Heavenly tea leaves, they have very fair prices but also most companys seem to have similar price for great quality and Teavana is better quality. I'll look that you may post some more, Thanks.
  12. I am pre op but I think it may also be that you had just left a very restricted diet for weeks and this will pass after a while to some degree that you will not have the same hunger later. I can't tell you with out the experience myself but it seems while dieting I have been satisfied shortly after correcting or eating some more or just the stuff that my body does no longer crave as much added to what is different.
  13. AStephenson I like the weight by date much better than dietpower. The drop down list for foods that you enter to fill recipes and daily is much simplified because it zooms in closer to what you type into search. Amazon13 The Fitness pal is really nice where they get right to stuff but I continued to try the weigt by date for now although Fitness Pal seems to have a very complete vast index for daily plan. Anamor2011 I looked at loseit, I guess I passed by it quick, I need go back to the two diferent, losit/fitbit to see again, something led me away from the loseit for now though. I've a little more to see before I'd say what I will purchase for my software after trial.I may return to post again when I buy one, or want to say more after more time with them. Thanks again
  14. I took a trial for that one now too, I'll see whats in it later today. thanks They're pretty cool so far, but still need to put more time into one or other. Thanks again to all of you.
  15. Thanks, I will look into them to see whats good for me. I never much thought to try one until I noticed some one had one on their phone in a post.
  16. My insurance just began issueing aproval altogether recently, the process has been a year since I decided to do it, 6 months on insurance.
  17. Example I have, Dietpower 4.4 eating coach software, I tried the trial and its a bit hard to use. I may have to get used to it unless I can find others to try ? http://www.dietpower.com/
  18. Hi, I had to wait on Medicare to aprove the payment for VSG, I had seen very long waits for people on line when trying to research it. Some 2 years. I started the process Dec. 2011, got my musts done and saw the doc May I think, he aproved, and then the wait. But, they gave me a surgery for 5 weeks, I am getting sleeve on Dec. 11 2012, this was a week ago. It may happen that your wait won't be as long as you'd think.
  19. Yes, this is my first. I think the VSG is best for me too. I already need to have extra Vitamin and have a deficiency caused by rejection from my body, I don't have an average or reversable deficiency. I need the Vit's that I can get having a sleeve. What happened the first time around is something I don't want to just discuss out right but it was not me or my surgeon who would not had done it, just a circumstance. same group as you are with, can't recall the doc I had though, sorry.
  20. I was given the date Dec. 11th recently and spent 3 days were all my innner fears had increased X10,that's for all things, it's going to work as I suspect it best can before now so I am settled more. What's now been a good thing is now I am picking up best tips, able to settle on things I need and what to do. Trying again to make most sense for post operative needs to and leading into diets, cooking ect also. shopping list is getting long and then theres the long term for more, I'm cutting back where I should I think now though, who wants the most minimal of it though. People may talk pain to you all day, I see it may be a few days then accept the rest with some still being awkward with out as harsh feeling of it altogether were you need recoupe to where it's more better.
  21. Yur Tinkerbell { 1959 }, that mean your 53 yrs old ? I am 49.
  22. I see that yours is at St. V's, I looked him up on line. I started with them in 2005 and then was side tracked, I was going to get the band. I'd explain why I did not but thats a story, I did how ever get through most the prelim stuff and psych and NUT exam, tests too.
