So, This Is What A 71Lb Weight Loss Looks Like...
Hello to all my bandster friends.... Wanted to share my 71lb weight loss before and after pics with you. This is just the tip of the ice, still lots more weight to come off but I am sooo ready to have it all gone! I have hit a weight loss plateau, but I know this is temporary and I will continue to figure out how to 'jumpstart' the loss again. Your Bandster Friend,

Tell Me Not To Eat These Cookies!!!
The truth is ... If you eat a cookie, it will make you want a glass of milk. No really, that cookie will make you feel really bad for days, you will think about that cookie and how bad it made you feel (the guilt). The guilt alone is not worth carrying around. I like the idea of putting the cookies away stored out of sight, great idea!! Stay strong!

I eat bananas every day too! no problems at all. Hey here is an idea for those have a hard time with bananas, put a banana in a mini food processor, scoop into a little cup, freeze overnight. You got yourself a healthy frozen treat! You can also get creative with this and add other fruits, yogurts, etc...

Learning To Chew
Ohhh ty, I don't consider myself a pro at all because I still have a lot to learn. Remember I have not even had a fill yet, that will be another dilema I am sure! I can only offer my 'early' experiences and encouragement. Or maybe some things I have read from our bandster friends who have been through this almost a year or more... Thank you for thinking of me

24 Hours Post Op
Hi Chelsey, Please keep in mind this is temporary what you are going through. If you can take small walks around your home during the day, walking eliviates not only gas but pain. Keep up with your pain meds if its 'unbareable'. Using a heating pad can help (do NOT put the heating pad on your belly). If you have someone who can rub your back would help so much as well. Do breathing exercises as well!!! Hang in there hon!
