I exercise about 4 days a week for 2-3 hours a day! I was strict for the first 6 months, then slowly started to add "not very good" stuff, but only when I "needed" the taste! However, I eat healthy bout 97% of the time

111 pounds gone FOREVER! I am 10 pounds passed my original "goal"! I have NEVER felt so amazing & am so in love with the new me! HOWEVER, there is one VERY BIG problem-- I am now a SHOPAHOLIC hahaha! My hubby has decided to pull the purse strings a little tighter, because I seem to get carried away! This is coming from the girl who HATED, & I mean HATED to shop! I would get anxiety and usually cry in the dressing rooms! There was actually a few times that my husband would come into the dressing rooms to try to encourage me & keep me in good spirits- NOW, he refused to come shopping with me because I fall in love with everything I try on LOL! He says "i'm not needed for moral support anymore" & he is right! AHHH, what a FABULOUS year! Start weight- 249.8 CURRENT- 139.0 Start BMI- 48.6 CURRENT- 27.1

Hey Banana Babes- Surgery was Nov. 14, 2011!!! I am now 4 days shy of my 7 month surgiversary & lost ****80 POUNDS!***** (to the exact ounce lol)

EXACTLY 80lbs GONE! Woo Hoo! Feels like I will hit my 100lb goal before my 1 year! SO EXCITED!

Thanks ladies! Valerie- I am comfortably in a size 14 jeans & L shirts. My pant size would be smaller if I didn't have such a big hernia in my umbilical region, which will be fixed in November with my tummy tuck I started a size 24 pants (tight) and a 2XL shirt.

WOW, you guys certainly know how to make someone feel on top of the world! This whole journey has been so amazing- through the good, the bad, & the ugly! I would not reconsider my choice for one second. For the VERY first time, I LOVE myself! I look in the mirror every morning & tell myself "im beautiful"! 6 months ago, I couldn't look at myself in the mirror, much less love the reflection! I wanted to share with you guys a few quotes from my family since my sleeve-- My 3 year old son grabs my face & says " You are beautiful Mommy, cause Daddy says so" My sisters say "you have inspired me to become healthy, thank you" (2 sisters are down each a 30 pounds My Daddy when he seen me on Mother's Day said "you couldn't be more beautiful my little princess" & MY OVERALL FAVORITE--- My husband & I were getting ready for his 10 year high school reunion & he said to me when he seen me dressed " Oh man, I have butterflies in my stomach. How lucky am I to walk in with you on my arm"---- WOW, after 5 years together, I am still giving him butterflies

I will be post-op 6 months on the 14th, & for the very first time have had severe pain after eating. I took 5 or 6 bites of steak w/bell pepper & onion mixed with rice. (I do not normally eat any types of starch, but was eating out & the failed to remove the rice from my meal) So I sort of picked around and after the 6th bite felt a sharp pain in my stomach. Immediately after it felt hard to breathe & I had pain radiating through my shoulders. Im a little nervous! Okay, I lied, A LOT nervous! I took a gasX strip when I got home, about an hour ago, but I am still having the shoulder pain and pain right under my rib cage. Any ideas?

Finally moving again after an almost 2 week stall-- however, all of my clothes fit bigger, so I know I was losing something! I am now doing a Body Pump class (highly recommended) Step aerobics & a core strengthening class! So Im pretty sure my stall was due to muscle gain! I take Body Pump on Tuesdays & Thursdays, Step Aerobics on Monday following the core strengthening class :-) Wednesday & Fridays are strict cardio- 3 miles on treadmill at a 10 incline & 3.5-4.5 mph speed! Hope everyone is doing well & enjoying their "new" bodies as much as I am :-D

I am just a little over 3 months post-op & I started losing hair about 2 weeks ago. I have noticed my shoulder length, thick hair is thinner, but nothing to bizarre!

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SIGHT! I seriously havent felt so much joy (since the birth of my kids)!!! It is so crazy how "ONE" little number can mean SO much to someone! I am officially down 50 pounds in a little over THREE months! Unbelievable! AHHH, I can't believe I am out of the HORRIBLE 200's! I <3 my sleeve :-)

Hi everyone! My 3 months was 5 days ago & I am currently down to 201.0 (ALMOST ONEDERLAND) I did not have a pre-op diet, and have lost 48 pounds! I went from a size 22-24 to a size 16-18! I will try to post a recent picture:-)

SO excited that I finally reached 30lbs LOST (forever) To top it off, I did it during the holidays-- that would have NEVER happened without my sleeve!
