  1. If it is happening only with dense solid foods then you may want to try less dense foods for,a while like Greek yogurt. You may want to talk to your doctor about adding reglan which will help, with nausea and help the food to go through a little faster. This is added sometimes at the beginning as your body is still having some swelling and still trying to figure out how to transit food
  2. The symptoms of a blood clot is swelling and pain in the area of swelling. An example would be a DVT in the calf would have swelling and pain In the one calf but not the other. That you are having twinges that go away and no seeking in the extremities, does not seem to be a clot but rather muscular spasms or arthritic type symptoms.

  4. I agree with the above. I have found that my weight has several weights that it loves. These weights are usually weights that I maintained for some period of time . When I loose weight and get to these weights it is as if my body says ok we're there lets stay there. The weight will always come off if I just continue even though it is very frustrating. Keep exercising eat and drink the right amount and I will guarantee the weight will come of.

  8. I am 17 days post op and having some similar problems. I have no appetite and it is difficult to get all the liquids in. I am not getting in much more than you.i have arthritis and being off the meds is hard also. I think everyone is different. I read a lot of people just doing everything rapidly but that is not my experience. I saw my doctor and she thinks everything g is fine. The sjorgrens mightmake your recovery a little bit longer. See what your dr says I think some people take longer .I am right there with you.
