On December 10th i was revised from lap band to bypass...yesterday was my follow up appoinment with my doctor and she told me that my new pouch (stomach) is about the size of my thumb...she said that as of right now I should be eating soft foods such as: scramble egg, steam veggies, tuna salad, egg salad...BUT only 1/4 of a cup.
I am two weeks post-op and today was my first time trying an egg...it went down fine, no complains so far
I do feel super tired...I know i need to exercise but i just dont seem to have the energy. Does anyone else feels or felt the same way during this time after surgery? If so, any advise?
Thank you and good luck to all of you in your new journey!
Hi Bobby, i hope you are doing well. I also had my surgery on Tuesday at around 8:30am. As of right now i feel good, except for some mid section discomfort, but that will pass.
Keep up the good work!...best wishes for your recovery!
