Hi my name is Rosy.
I had my surgery on the 20th....and Im a complete mess today....Im trying...i dont know what to do....ive been on this clear liquid diet and i just dont know what else to eat...today has been miserable....why did i do this??????  I need to know what I can and cant drink right now because I am starving (i think)....im totally off my rocker today...ive cried and i honestly havent done much but drink 8 one ounce cups of protein shake because idk if i can have more that that.....4 one ounce cups of water and onr orange popsicle....what am i doing wrong?  are these hunger or gas pains??? oh and of course my husband is moody soooooooooo its adding to my day of stress....i need a lapband buddy because im losing it....wow i sound very dysfunctional which is unlike me because i am the one in control all of the time...,sorry for the ramble just needed to vent.
