I actually talked to my doctor about it this morning and e said go for it! He said that if it working for me then so be it. So I am going to continue it. It's expensive but if you are using it as a meal replacement you save that money. Or else I do do I guess it's just whatever works

Sadly I know how you feel. You have to hang on there and I'm going to tell you what my friends and family tell me everyday. Nothing taste as good as skinny feels. Just remember that. It helps me so so much! You just have to coach yourself I started herbalife and that helped me a ton!

I think it's funny you assume I'm a consultant just because I like the product. I'm not. I do enjoy the product and it's what has worked for me.

That bruise is more than likely where they gave you wither heprin or lovenox. I would call your doc first thing in the morning about the burning and to see what the bruise could be. This isnt something you want to take lightly.

After losing only 30 lbs I have already changed for the better! I have opened up my own Romance Business and gained more than I could ever imagine. All the people I have met have done nothing but encourage me and treat me well. I am so very thankful for the opportunity and hope everyone else follows their dreams!

So as I sit here thinking I remember that just one week from tomorrow my life will change! I am so excited to get my life back after these past couple. After doing this pre op diet you see how much food truly controls your life and it makes you see yourself in a different way. The first couple of days i was really sad that I couldnt eat those things that sounded so good anymore. But then I remember that is what got me here in the first place. It's hard to look around at the other people my age and see all the great things that they can do but I cant do as well or at all because of my weight. Through this process of just the pre op diet alone you learn so much about yourself and the people around you. Its so nice to read this forum and see how Lap band has helped everyone and also how everyone here is so positive! KUDOS! Ill be back soon to keep everyone updated! J

I start my pre- op diet next wed and I need to go to the store to get what I am going to need for before and after... SO... Before I need what... Like Protein shakes and what else? HELP!!!

As I sit here reading all of the post I cant help but think just how scared I am. This is such a huge lifestyle change and I am only 23. However I know this is something I need to do. Any advice on how to truly prepare for what to come after I am banded?
