  9. It is late June right now, My name is Aimee... I started this journey about a year ago. I am with Kaiser in CA. I went to ALL my appts. I met with the nutritionist a few times. I attend a support group for Bariatrics at the Kaiser hospital. I have gotten the eating down. I have been exercising faithfully and lost the 24 pounds I was required to. It took me a while but I did it, I worked through my bone spur injury but I am back on track. I currently got the ok to have surgery and I am waiting a call from the surgery coordinator. It has been a long road and tough to make all the appts and demands, but I was determined and did it. I plan on late August for surgery. I am excited and ready.

  11. i think that it is great that you are reaching out and saying what is on your mind that is the first step in doing something about it.... I am just starting the process and I am having a hard time trying to loose the 30 pounds to have surgery.....I hope things go well for you and you stay on track...think all that you have gone through (0:
  12. i am sorry sorry to hear that I read your post I have had 2 miscarriages but things will get better.....
  13. Ok so i started the entry process in sept and finally have the approval to go to the main ino class where they let you know the process and you get a surgeon appt. The only thing is that I am strugging to loose the 10% that we need to before you get your surgery date. Mine I think is going to be about 30 pounds.....I am sure struggling with that. I do zumba 3 times a week. I just need to follow a strict diet I think ......uhhhhhhhhh... i want this but why is it so hard!
