  1. Thanks for the replies. I see the surgeon on Tuesday so hope it will be ok. I am in the uk and we don't have centres of excellence, especially on the nhs. I just hope they can do flouro there and then.
  2. Banded aug 18th and went for first fill today but nurse couldn't find opening in the port despite repeated tries and 2 different needles! Got an appointment to see the surgeon on tues but I have no idea what might have gone wrong. Anybody had a similar experience?
  3. Hi any brass players out there? Especially anyone who has has hiatus hernia repair at the same time. How soon were you allowed to play? My surgeon seems rather vague and just says when I feel like it!! He obviously has no idea of how much pressure is required to play a trumpet.
