I am on day 1 of my pre-op diet. Its only about 2:30 in the afternoon so i have some time to go before I can say I comepleted day 1 but eh I made it this far I hope and pray the Lord gives me the will power to do this for the rest of my life, to make healthy choices and be the person I have always wanted to be, no more weight is going to hold me back now!!!

Also the pr-op diet mine consists of protien shakes and a protien bar is everyones diffrent I read about others haveing broth and jello and things of that nature??? Looking for some answers thats all...I feel I can read and read and read more and still learn more from everyones blogs, I love it!!!

  21. Thanks so much everyone, I hope by the time I have my surgery i will know if I want to tell others or not....For now I am just working hard at the gym and rideing my bike. Love to ride bikes! I am more worried about the 2 weeks pre surgery then anything I think....
  22. Wow Congratulations on your weight loss any secrets you would like to share with me??? I am getting banded on Oct 7th and I am hopeing for the great results you have had, awesome job!!!!! I know you said you are 20 and looking for younger members I am 32 and very excieted to start my journey!
  23. Wondering what others do as far as telling family and friends, do you tell or not to tell. My husband knows and then only 2 other people in my life know Im wondering does it give you more accountability if lots of people know or is just all about me and I just work on it on my own and see how it goes?? Im so excieted I sort of want to talk about it to others but like I have learned in the classes and program I am in some may think I am takeing the "easy" way out....which oh if they only knew how hard its been to even get this far in the program and Im sure it will get harder before it gets better but thats ok I am so ready for the outcome and am so ready to get rid of this weight that I have carried for so long....So to tell or not to tell???
  24. So how has the weight loss been for you almost has been a month for you??
