  1. YAYYYYY LILIANA!!!!!!!!!! OK I'm at 148 today...I'm getting ready for my hike, so excited! Everyone have a GREAT Saturday
  2. I didn't tell any of my in laws until I was about 6 months post op...and I haven't really even spoken to most of them about any details just told a few of them lol.
  3. I knooooow the feeling toooo well my friend...I finally broke down and went to good will LOL! And believe it or not I found my entire winter wardrobe for work. Some items even had the original tags on (gap, banana republic, ann taylor). I had to. Couldn't afford to keep giving stuff away lol. Here's to happy shopping

  8. Good for you girl! This is a tough road and we must never forget the people who helped us along the way...I am so thankful for everyone who helped me and continues to encouraged me during my sleeve journey!
  9. I saw on biggest loser on Tuesday they talked about plateaus and Bob said change it all up...if you do cardio first, do weights first instead, or vice versa. He even mentioned walking backwards on the treadmill...just do everything you are currently doing different. Worth a try ...believe it or not you may even want to increase your calories, that worked for me!
  10. Yes you will be able to eat again...it takes time. Right now it's normal to get absolutely full on 1 or 2 spoons of food. It's super difficult to get that at first because we are so use to eating so much. Hang in there.

  12. I can eat all fruit with no problems...initially I didn't eat very much, because the focus was on getting protein in first, so there was no room. When I met with my nut at 9 months out, he said the only thing I needed to start doing was adding the fruit in. I started by drinking OJ and now I'm able to eat more and able to add fruit in.

  16. We have all had our bad days, weeks, and even month...the good news is tomorrow is a NEW DAY, A NEW START, and nothing is stopping you. I love Nike slogan JUST DO IT!!!! Believe in YOURSELF! Pick yourself up and JUST DO IT!!!!!!!! YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO ...HUGS!
