  1. I am 4 weeks post op today and I had orange juice for the first time on Christmas morning. For some reason I was craving it... I have not had any problems with it and it definitly took care of my craving!
  2. I was also sleeved on Dec 1st and had my 2 week check up on Tuesday 12/14. To my surprise I had lost 22 pounds. I was astonished to say the least. I have now started my mushie diet and I'm sure I will slow down. I am trying to prepare myself for any stalls and now that without surgery I would not be losing at all. Stay positive and know that it will come.....

  4. I am curious, In my book of do's and don'ts it states that I can never have carbonated drinks again. I have a couple of coworkers that had gastric bybass and they have since started drinking diet carbonated drinks. Have any sleevers done this post op? Is this really a forever thing? I miss my diet mt dew and/or diet dr pepper more thank anything. Please give me some kind of hope that it can be in the far future at least....
