  1. Ok so today my shoulders are KILLING me so I decided to take a hot bath in my jacuzzi bathtub. I hadn't taken a bath ( I'm a shower person) since before my surgery in june. When I finish a bath I always drain the water and get out after the tub is empty. I've always had to move my hinny to release the trapped water behind me. Most of you all know what I'm talking about. Well, tonight after the water drained, I did my shimmy and low and behold... NO WATER!! my butt has shrank so much that no longer trap water behind me! Woo hoo!!!
  2. I hit a plateau in sept so I went and got a fill. Upped my gym, monitored my eating... Nothing worked. I kept gaining and loosing the same five pounds. I finally went for my third fill last week and the scale is finally moving again. Yea! Keep the faith and ride it out. This to shall pass!

I've gone once and I really enjoyed it. I'm planning on going again on Saturday. How did your class go?
  9. OMG! Have you all tried the new update on MyFitnessPal.com? It's pretty cool! It has a bar coding option that really works! I had frozen talapia with frozen veggies and boxed couscous. I just scanned the bar codes and inputted my portion sizes! Soooooo much better than searching your items. Try it out!!

  12. You can also google zumba class locator and refine your search to aquazumba. Its a Very good workout and easy on the joints. Zumba instructors also tend to be very energetic and the music is good too!

  14. I have the chocolate flavor. I think it really tastes good. I bought it at The Vitamin Store. If you have a store near you, call them to see if they have sample sizes.
  15. I had surgery on 6/6/11 and met with my surgeon on 7/7/11. He wants me on all "real" foods. He said to eat what i would normally eat, but hopefully with the band, smaller quantities. He will not give me a fill until six weeks or 2mos post op.

  17. Hi all, I am a stalker who finally joined the forums. I was banded on 6/6/11 and I am down 20 lbs as of 7/4/11. I’m feeling good except for a left shoulder pain I get when I eat too much. I’m looking forward to going thru this journey with all of you!
