I was scared too, but it's worth it. I didn't think it was bad. I recovered fast.

I was banded 7/11/11 and have lost 72 The problem is I've only lost about 5 since February I went today and had a fill I need 30 more to reach my goal good luck to you !!

I tell everyone too. I didn't think I would but it just seemed like the right thing to do. I tell them it's a tool to help me lose... it's not a miracle cure I still need will power!!

Before I had surgery this is one of the questions I ask. I love margaritas and wine too. My doc said no problem at all. He said if it was the gAstro surgery then the answer would be no. But with lap band not to worry

I agree it is mental and that is what's so tuff You may be full but that does not stop the cravings. Once the weight started coming off it was easier I'm so happy I had the surgery I'd do it again in a heartbeat

I have never gained since my surgery. It will.be a year on July 11th. I was very strict I wanted to get the weight off. I filled in with crystal light I lost 75 in 7 months. I'm increasing activity because I need to loose 30 more. Good luck

Hello Just banded on 7/7. I must say I wasn't prepared for this painful recovery. I guess I had just thought of the new life style and how to handle it. This is my third day and I am started to feel a little better. I know its going to be worth it
