  1. This was fixed last night. In the future, please use the contact us link at the bottom of the page to report any site issues. We weren't aware of this problem until someone notified us. I don't have the chance to read every single thread posted here

  7. Hi, There's no need for you to set up an account on VST, you can log in over there with the same credentials you log in at over here.

  10. Not at all, I have an iphone and ipod. Double click on the home button, do you see apps pop up from the bottom of the screen ?
  11. Go back to the Homescreen, double click the home button which will launch the app manager. Press & hold on any app in there & then press the minus sign on which app you want to shut down. When you go back to the app it will be restarted rather than resumed.
  12. Can you restart the app please and see if you still have that problem ?
  13. Push notifications aren't the greatest at the moment. We're working on this and hope to have a fix for it shortly.

  15. You click on "My Patient Profile" here or the link can also be found in the drop down box under "Patients" in our site Navigation at the top of our page.
  16. Take a peek in the Patients tab in the site navigation. You'll see two options: Upcoming Surgeries and Upcoming Anniversaries Is this what you're referring to ? Would you like to see them displayed differently ?
  17. We're very familiar with Dr. Ortiz. We're reaching out to surgeons this week with info on where they can go to update their profile on all our sites. They should get this info as well.

  22. They were being abused to some degree by a few members and were causing quite a bit of clutter. Which emoticions are missing that you'd love to see back please ?
  23. In your app, go to: - Settings - Push notification settings - Enter a username and password and switch Create Account to On
  24. At the noment, only the forums are available on our mobile apps. We definitely have plans on adding our Blogs to the app but it's going to be a few months before that happens.
