Sounds like you've been put through the mill! No idea whether you are healing or not but best wishes.

Hi, I just completed my 6 months of meetings and my surgery was just submitted to insurance also. I have BCBS of Pennsylvania. I am hoping I can have my surgery sometime in Sept. But we shall see. So we all have company while sitting back and waiting. Good luck to all and post when you get APPROVED!!!

I love Power 90 by Tony Horton. I'm not quite ready for P90X but Power 90 is challenging for me without causing me to want to die.

Good idea! My surgery is Wednesday. I'm going to take toothbrush, toothpaste. hair brush, hair band, change of clothes and I'm currently getting the house ready for when I come back. I'm getting all of my food in order, I bought a water bottle that has the ounces marked on the outside, a tiny strainer (perfect size for soup), baby spoons, any foods I can make in advance ie: high protein jello is going to happen Tuesday night. Oh and I don't know about you guys but my hospital is making me wipe down with antiseptic wipes before surgery and suggested I don't shave the night before due to potentially getting a rash. Don't forget to shave it could be a while before you can do it lol
