  3. HI ! I am 5 months out and remember feeling nausious and lightheaded. You just went through major surgery, and this will all pass. Just keep on taking little sips often. You have a new tummy and it needs to heal and get used to things. You probably aren't really hungary but hungary in your head. I often say they do not do surgery on our heads and alot of what happens is thinking we need to eat. The tube does not hurt coming out at all, at least mine didn.t . You will be ok , I am glad you will be seeing the surgeon on Tuesday. Talk to them. Peace of Mind means alot.
  4. I was off protein shakes by the 8th week. My surgeon wanted me to get all my protein from food.
  5. I takes time to build yourself up. Try eating more often even though it is very little. I am out 5 months now and eat 5 to 6 times a day. end up with 60 to 70 grams of protin and abouot 700 to 800 calories. I am never hungary I go by my watch if I should eat.It seems like I am always either eating, drinking or excercising. LOL
  6. I am also an emotional eater and have struggled with my weight for my whole life. (I turned 50 today ) and well I was concerened to. Had my sleeve 5 months ago and lost 110 pds. Iam not able to eat in bulk now and what you eat you want it to be good for You. You adjust and with the weight coming off it gives you a great incentive.
