  1. I haven't had mine either; however, one of the criterias for the insurance to cover was behavioral health counseling. I not only did the evaluation visit require, I went back because there was a lot of stuff going on on the inside of me and I plan on going back because it it helping and I am finding me again. Hope that helps. Also writing down your feeling in a journal. Bev.
