  1. Was there anything you did that made it easier? I understand with the emotionally raw that I have to work out that with myself.
  2. I actually just posted something similar. I feel mad, even angry at things that happened in the past and that I had somewhat overcome. Now I feel like I am back to square one with some of these things. It's so bad, I feel that I want "revenge"somehow. Not anything horrible, more like I want that person to feel the pain they caused. I don't have any advice (that's why I joined this), but if I get some, I will let you know. If you learn something, please let me know. I don't want to feel like this. The lap band is an amazing experience and I want to feel that.
  3. Hello everyone, I was lap band on March 21, 2011. I've had many ups and downs since then. At my two week check up with my surgeon, I had lost 13 lbs. That, coupled with the fact that I can wear more clothes from my wardrobe makes me happy. But, I am struggling with a few things and hoping someone could help me out. I noticed that I tend to get more upset at people or situations in my life. Normally, I would be annoyed, but I will shrug it off and get over it. Now, I dwell on it and become really upset. I am wondering if the sudden change in mood/ coping is because now I cannot be an emotional eater. Is there anyone out there that experienced something similar after being banded? I want to be happy and enjoy this new life that I have, not be upset the whole time. Thanks,
