My 4th day out I rode for about 8mi. So you might be ok there but just to play it safe remember it is ok to rest bcz you are healing . Energy , yeah I do have my sluggish days but to help I drink lipovitan. Very good vitamin drink. Been around since the 80s no sugars, no carbonation, no crash. no caffeine, drink it in the morning or else you.might not sleep. Look it up good luck...

Im so sorry to hear that you are having complications... However I would like to ask how did you find out about the "slip"? Was there any pain or discomfort? Or anything that told you something was wrong. Im just curious... O hope all goes well for you.

Hernia??
before I had my surgery I snored really bad. When I had my surgery my doctor said he found a hernia and took care of it. Now I do not snore. But would like to know the name of it. Also if anyone else have had yhe same thing done??

How long after surgery did you start having sex again?

Exercise/5 day post op
Today I decided to ride my bike. I had told my self I would take it easy. When I returned home I calculate to have riden 8 to 10 miles. I feel fine. But im worried that I might be doing too much too soon. is this normal behavoir five days post op?
