  1. Have been whoring out on me? Is it because she is thinner than me?
  2. I honestly do not think she is crazy. I think this whole entire thing was premeditated to get her out of the poorhouse and set her up for life. Now that it is not working out how she planned because only 1 in 57,452* feels sympathy toward her, she is playing stupid. *I base my statistic solely on the number of Lapband Talk members as of 5:33am.
  3. Damn. What if I throw an almost 6 year old in there? Can I get a little free money? Oh wait, I forgot. When I lost my job 3 years ago, DH made $500 too much for us to qualify for WIC. So even though we almost lost our home and our car we could not even get any food assistance. The WIC went to the lady with 5 kids who got to buy the good peanut butter at 11pm at night, screaming kids hanging out of the cart that also contained beer and cigarettes she was paying cash for. And her nails all Octomom styled. Nah, I am not still bitter about it. =) For real though, I don't know how people manage with more than a couple kids. Both of my kids had a friend over yesterday and both of the extra kids ended up having dinner with us. Not that I mind, but really I don't think I could handle that chaos every night. Luckily it was over 50 degrees so we could eat outside. And not trash my house.
  4. And now I am really wanting to forgo my scheduled workout today and replace it with a long ass ride.
  5. Juli tell Zoe that I effing heart her. That just made my day. And damnit why am I the only person in this room without an effing Madone.
  6. Surely you jest. I have a long streak of hangoverness going for me. It's almost an essential part of the long ride now.
  7. Yeah I keep telling my 8 year old it is about time for her to go out and get a job to support herself. =) For real though, I definitely agree on staying home with your children when they are younger. Unfortunately since the pill failed and I ended up with some wonderful children(that part is fortunate) at a much younger age than I intended both my husband and I worked. Luckily most of my jobs until my current position were in the child care field and I could have my children with me.
  8. That remains to be seen for the 2009 biking season. It's on sucka. BRING IT!!!!!!!!
  9. I am dog sitting this week. I forgot how much fun it is to be woken up by whining at 5am to go outside. Or the importance of putting the garbage cans up. It's gonna be a long week.
  10. I was going to offer a donut but I did not want to be accused of being counterproductive and hypocritical.
  11. Hahahahaha. Good Lord that was nasty.
  12. Gosh, I came on here to post a big fat (is that hypocritical?) HAPPY FRIDAY and now I just feel sad. Green I am so sorry to hear of your prognosis and I too will be sending out some good vibes to you.
  13. Do you need a hug?
  14. Not totally true. I have not yet fallen. I came close when I first got the clipless and forgot about them but I have yet to take a spill due to the pedals. Now on the mountain bike when a bee flies in my face....totally different story.
  15. Mac they are not bad once you get used to them. The spd pedals are definitely the easiest to get in and out of.
  16. Congrats!!!!!!!! Hehe. Trying not to laugh because I know you have a complex. But really you got some awful advice on those egg beaters.
  17. Drive by posting....hope everyone is doing well!!!!!
  18. So busy....need more time to read and comment. =)
  19. That is awesome. Maybe I will try that today hehe.
  20. Not fun for coworkers but funny for me. Then again I am that person who will fart in a crowd just to see the disgusted look on people's faces.
  21. LJM- sorry about your friend. I will keep you all in my prayers. I am beyond baby farts. I have some Fiber farts right now that are fierce. I think it is a small dose of what a DSer would have...yikes!
  22. I am with you there Donna. I do feel bad for all of those who are having trouble with their bands. I am certainly having trouble losing weight, but I know it is not my band, it is my poor choices. Apparently 2 years later I still have not learned yet lol. But hey statistically I still have just under a year left to be at goal, right?
  23. Hmmm, never really thought about that. But chances are we would all have been dead by now as this is the been a problem since last winter. Hubs fixed it for awhile but apparently we need some sort of sensor on it and he has yet to fix it. But if I mention that to him it might light a fire under his butt.
