  1. I have run out of shit to say lol. I am super duper uber tight today. Band wise that is. I feel like crap because all I have eaten is a half a bagel and a protien shake. I want to eat but I feel so damn full and it is a chore to even get water down.
  2. I agree that it is good to move, but when I hear someone (especially a health professional) say that walking around at work or cleaning your house is a replacement for exercise, I really just wanna bitch slap them.
  3. Tifferoni, I do that too. I cross under my desk, under the cafeteria table, all the time. Thanks Travelgirl! I was way excited to see that on the scale this morning.
  4. I hate logging food. But I do love that it shows my calories burned, steps taken, etc. I am jsut shooting for 3500 calories burned daily. That helps make things seems easier also. And their rep is full of shit. Because seriously they can't lie that bad on labels. They have to be accurate because that shit is monitored by the FDA and shit. I jsut like saying shit today. Thanks for the congrats. I have to admit it feels really fricken good.
  5. Honestly now that I hit 199 my outlook is a bit better. My eating has been better, though mostly because of the inability to eat before I have been up for 8 or so hours. Coffee has helped too because it kills my appetite. I have been shooting for 3500 calories burned on my bodybugg because I know it will be damn hard for me to eat that much crap.
  6. You can and will lose 100 this year girl. We have to be all hot and fit for the Muddy Buddy next year ya know?
  7. I heart your Dorkiness J.
  8. And you will be there soon Juli!!!!
  9. Try very small sips of pineapple juice to help dissolve food if it gets stuck.
  10. I have been doing it all morning.
  11. I am super happy that for sure. As for the new bike I will be getting it in the spring with my tax money.
  12. Holy shit people.....did ya see it?
  13. Does anyone find themselves crossing their legs when you sit all the time now that you can do it? I can't seem to get mine to stop crossing. The only time they do stop is when I sit with one foot up on the chair and rest my chin on my knee. I am just so damn excited I can sit with thinner legs.
  14. Stef I am up in Michigan. Right outside of Detroit, so pretty far south in MI. It has been averaging about 30 degrees when I go to work in the am and maybe up to 40 when I leave. The cold does suck, but it is not that bad since those of us who live in it are used to it. But riding a bike in it? Hell no. I am not that hardcore. I could walk a few miles, possibly run, but no biking for me. Though when I get my new bike I might change my tune.
  15. I totally agree with it this Jachut. At our support group a few months back there was an exercise physiologist there talking with us about activity and health. She was saying something along the lines of "It is okay if you get 10,000 steps in per day because you are at least doing something, even if it is just strolling around at work" It pissed me off because here she was trying to help people justify not working out. Walking around at work is NOT the same as having a good workout. When I work I always have 12,000+ steps. That's not difficult for me. But if I did not workout along with it for the additional 8,000 steps I would not be losing weight.
  16. Thanks baby. I heart it too. It feels so softie and healthy now.
  17. I freaking heart the job she did on that cover hehe. "I know you're not my boyfriend, he's out of town"
  18. Oh and did you hear my new song on my myspace? Check it out...It rocks
  19. I honestly think I need a very slight unfill. I have a lot of trouble in the am eating and trouble drinking after I work out.
  20. Well obviously don't gain weight just to prove a point. Tell him you are very hungry and really fighting against it and don't know how much longer you can fight it. He will probably give you a little something. I have never gained any weight or lost slowly (until lately) and he still filled me.
  21. LAdies, whoever does go I hope you all have a blast. Sadly (well not too sadly) I will be having our annual girls weekend for Tip Up Town with some of my girlfriends. Definitely cheaper than Vegas and way drunker. But I will be thinking of you guys having fun and I will be a bit jealous since I have never been to Vegas before.
  22. I am so happy he is paying you. He is such an asshole. You will be able to eat soon my darling....when is your next appointment? He will probably fill you then.
  23. Hey Gh0st...why you gotta go all passive aggressive on us here? =) Sorry I couldn't help myself.
  24. Good to know because you are the wind beneath my wings. Jennjenn I see you viewing here =) Congrats on your victory in fighting the bastard.
