  1. The smaller the seat the more comfortable it is. If the seat is smaller you have less of your bones smooshed on it. You also just have to get a few weeks of riding in before the area down there toughens up.
  2. Skip this post if you don't wanna know. You know how they always keep meat fresh on the grill? Well when there is too much meat laid down and it gets all burned and nasty it is put into a pan of water on the grill. The meat in that pan is drained and frozen and used for your future chili. They thaw it in some more water and rinse it and throw it in. I would still eat it but some people get grossed out my that kind of stuff. lol
  3. The frostys really are not that bad. Just in liquid form that gets poured in the machine and drained out every night. It's about whether or not the employees do the proper cleaning of the machine. If not then then it can get a little funky. As for the chili if y'all really want to know I will tell ya but some might find it a little nasty.
  4. Ahhhhh Piano Bar. How much do I heart thee?
  5. Would you like to know how those things are made?? lol I know and I will still eat them. Well, until I stopped eating meat that is. I do love me some Wendy's fries dipped in Frosty though.
  6. Hehe funny. J if it were not also my birthday weekend I would be there partying too lol. And yes April is the best month of the year.
  7. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Party cloudy and 60 both days this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. Oh and of course we will take pics. These are 2 scrapbookers you are talking about.
  9. TX I have been thinking the same thing about my week long trip. Not only do I get 50 miles per day but then I get to sleep on an air matress in a tent lol. You are going to do great you sexy mama.
  10. It's actually bycyling Zannie. lol I love how the origanal starter of the cycling thread spelled it wrong. We make fun of it all the time. The quick 10 miler took about 45 minutes. I wanted to do 15 but the metropark where I cycle had the long trail closed. The shorter trail i was on is very very hilly and I just did not want to do that all over again lol. Plus it was a little chilly outside and I am a wuss. Cycling might actually be really good for you Zannie. After my dad had his total knee surgery last summer cycling was on of the things he could do to help it heal, just in short bursts. As for the Busch Gardens, get a pedometer and track how many steps you take. I think every 5000 or so steps is about 1 mile. I would count 2 miles as 30 minutes of exercise.
  11. Dude my husband is a GM at Wendys. How is that for temptation?
  12. Heck yes we will. We are some tough determined broads. I'm game to die trying.
  13. Wow now that is just stupid. Especially since soda costs like 7 cents per cup.
  14. I did. And added my 2 cents.
  15. Maybe a bit more than a "slight unfill" would do you some good.
  16. Hmm and I don't drink soda either. Well at least I am not really missing out. I also heard you don't get free refills on the soda. Is that true?
  17. Dammit I will not admit defeat until I am in the back of the SAG wagon after keeling over dying on the 50/60.
  18. Lol. The commercials make it look so yummy. I used to get so mad about it.
  19. Detroit. I actuallythink they are putting one in a few miles from my house in a few months but it is not like I can actually enjoy the food as I would ahve fat. I just don't eat fast food anymore. Sigh. Guess I like being thin better.
  20. Can someone explain to me who the hell wears baggy sweatpants and the reeboks with the straps to the club? I get the apple bottom jeans and the boots with the fur but I have never seen someone at the club wearing baggy sweatpants. Maybe I frequent the wrong clubs.
  21. I have never eaten at Sonic. They tease me with their commercials looking all yummy delicious but the closest one to me is like 500 miles away.
  22. Checking in. Not gonna lie I was feeling shitty yesterday and did not get in a workout. Yeah real nice way to start out the month. I am not changing my goal. It just means one day this weekend I will be getting in an additional workout to make up for the first missed one. Got out on my bike for a quick 10 miler and got a 20 minute walk in today.
  23. J that is too funny. I was so close to falling on the wet grass earlier. Big Sexy just got stuck in the mud lol. I freaked out but managed to unclip in time. I am not going to lie, I am slightly nervous about the 50/60 miler. Yeah I know, stop being a whiney candy ass.
  24. My bike might look like Lances but I ma willing to bet his skinny tires cost more per tire than my entire bike.....
