Clothes are definitely bigger now. I have some size 13 clothes from about 10 years ago that I am not even close to fitting into, yet I can wear some size 13's now. J I am not riding yet. I ordred my headlight, taillight and vest from performance bikes, I just have to wait to get it in the mail.

J is an excellent cook. She made some rissoto thingie mabob and it was way yummy. I did my running today. Nasty hot outside. It is about 90 degrees in our house right now. On a good note my daughter got her dance schedule sent to her for the fall and she was asked to join the comptition team! Her studio has an amazing team and she is so excited to be a part of it. It is on October 4th, so unless you can do 2 Michigan weekends... You could always bring the mini you if you have her. There is a kids fun mile that both of mine will be running in again. And either Dan or my mom will be there watching the kids while I run.

Exercise wise not in a million years. When I started biking in May last year I could barely do a mile. I cried because my husband made me go 6 miles a few weeks later and I could not do it without stopping. Now I can ride effortlessly for 30+ miles. I did a week long bike trip across the state. Now I did think i would be at goal by now and that the food demons would be tamed, but alas, not so much. I will get there one day though.

Have I mentioned that I am super hella busy today at work. Ugh.

I am in for the Apple Cider. I was planning on doing the ODRAM but I think I am going to hold off on that until next year. Not because I can't do the 152 miles but because I do not think I am ready to do it as fast as I need to finish.

B sorry about your troubles buddy. Bandwise I am pretty much where you are. I am having issues and I don't want to face that so I just suffer. I know if I have to go back under the knife they are going to convert me to an RNY and I am just not too certain how I feel about that. So I just suffer and eat things that go down easy. Like butter. Anyhow I hope your travel does calm down and you can chill at home for awhile.
