I have this problem on my left side right under my breast. Call Dr. and said it was gas and it will go away. Im 2.3 weeks post op and most of it has went away. Once a day to every other day now. If it is your right side which was the first question my doctor asked it most it could be gallbladder as previous poster said. Hope you feel better soon!

I have the Unijury aswell unflavored that is good with soups just dont over heat or it will clump...as with any protein. The Eas Protein Carb Control drinks Strawberry are the only ones I can seem to get down. Kinda taste like a strawberry yohoo drink. I just got sleeved by Dr. Kelly on May 27. Everything your notes read were the same that I was told and had to do pre-op. Good luck all of you..cant wait to hear more about your experiences!

You should be fine to fly. I had surgery on a Friday and flew perfectly fine on the following tuesday. Be sure to have help with your luggage so you do not lift. If you have a lay over you could also request a wheelchair to help you get through the airport if you are tired. I was fine getting around a wheeling my luggage behind me. Good luck!

So today is one week post-op and Im feeling amazing and feel like I made the best decision of my life! Already down 8.6 pounds since surgery! The only thing that seems to be bothering me is this sharp pain and numbing I got where they took my stomach out of...is this normal and will it go away soon? That area around the incision just to the left of my belly seems to be a bit numb and im not on any pain meds cause it's not painful just wondering if this is normal cause if not im headed to my local dr..lol All of my incision are fine and almost healed beside were the drain was which my doctor told me it would take a bit longer. Jen

Congrats on your decision. I just got back home from Mexico after beeing a patient of Dr. Kelly last night and Im doing great! It was a little different then what i expected even though I knew I was going to mexico but I'm so grateful that I went through this and am now home and felling amazing! Good luck to you!

Hello, Just thought I would chime in and bring another Dr. in Tijuana, Mexico to your attention. Dr. Ramos-Kelly charges $5,300 right now and there are many great reviews on him and the facility. FYI..I heard that it will be going up in June to $5,400. I will be going May 27 and will be giving my review once I get back.
