I was sleeved June 20, 2011 and found out I was pregnant jan 27, 2012 only 7 months out!! I was shocked! I've lost 105 lbs over 25 of that while pregnant I'm 5 months haven't gained anything and my little boy is healthy and measuring big!! getting pregnant was one of my many reasons I wanted to be sleeved, because I knew it would be too unhealthy for me & too risky for a baby at my size, but I never thought it would be this soon!! I wish you all the success with the sleeve and having a baby! The sleeve has really changed my life, and I just feel so lucky to have had such an amazing tool to help me in my weight loss journey and life!

Almost everyone I know has buyers remorse the first couple weeks! I'm 2 1/2 months out 65 lbs down never been happier!! no problems at all I can eat everything just in moderation: I've had steak lobster crab legs as soon as I started solids which was like at 3 1/2 to 4 weeks out! I even had a lil cake at a baby shower! I'm not a crazy carb counter or even calorie counter. I eat to nourish my body, but my taste has changed dramatically I used to love sweets & wanted a candy bar every day now they just aren't as appealing. I used to love fried food now I can't stand the smell of foods cooked in grease! It's honestly the best decision of my life!! I do sometimes think when I'm out I wish I could eat more but that feeling quickly passes, because now I can walk up the stairs to my apt without being out of breath & without breaking a sweat! I don't know really anyone that has major problems after being sleeved... What problems are you referring to?

How do you calculate percentage of ewl?

Starting weight day of surgery: 296 Current weight: 249 10/31 goal: 220 surgery was on June 20!! 29 lbs to lose!

Are you only a month out?

I'm 5 weeks out and I had a protein bar for breakfast bcuz my tummy doesn't want to tolerate anything else when I first get up then I had a couple bites off a taco for lunch then for dinner we went out to a steak house and I had a lobster tail for dinner and a little later I had some of my hubby's rib eye left overs from dinner so I ended up getting in 84 grams of protein And 811 calories! I haven't had any problems drinking or eating since surgery so I guess I'm lucky and I'm down 42 lbs!!!!! ))

I bet you are excited!! I'm going to keep pushing on! Congrats on having a baby! I know I want babies in the future but I refused to take that chance and put me and the baby at risk while I was overweight! so seeing you sleeved and preggers is an inspiration!

Thats amazing advice communication I know he wants me to be healthy an that he loves me I just know he's attracted to curvy women! I guess if I lose my boobies I'll get fake ones I can improvise that way. plus I'm not to sure how I'll feel without them lol. I'm only a month out and on a serious stall and my doctors office is rushed and not very informative! I lost 11 lbs on my week pre-op diet and another 20 between week 1&2 post op but the scale has not moved since! So I have awhile to go before being smaller is actually adressed!

I'm with tiffykins I have never been attracted to guys that were overweight! Both of my longest relationships were with physically fit men! I wonder if my boyfriend will feel differently about me though once I'm smaller? :/

Gemintherough measuring with a scale doesn't work because all foods are different densities your sleeve goes on volume not weight so your suppose to use measuring cups!

He's my dr also I had surgery June 20th!! He's a very busy man and it does feel rushed but I had a good surgery no complications and the busier he is means the more experience he has!! )

I just had surgery on June 20th and now I have a headache! I've always had really bad migraines and I just dont want to suffer any ideas?

I had my surgery on the 20th I live 20 minutes south of dallas out in the country I haven't figured out how to upload either :/ but yes hay is expensive but we also give them feed! We do coastal and alfalfa! Which surgeon did you use?
