I had to go back and forth from one page them back then forward and finally deleted my app and reinstalled. Seemed to work better.

Omg!!!! Yaay you ! Please pray I'm still IN the 140s when I get off my cruise. Seriously, I'm freaked out about gaining and I know I shouldn't be but I've worked so hard. Not sure I will be able to withstand all that food. Just have to make sure I try to get in enough physical exercise to offset it. I hope we get this site straightened out soon.

I miss all my peeps updates. Okay, walked 4.5 miles on the Seawall at Galveston today. Tomorrow I board Disney Wonder for seven day cruise. . Excited but nervous of All the food food food and getting enough exercise to offset it! Oh well, 5:2 will see that I lose anything I gain. Hopefully, I can keep up to date. Best to all!

You have to make sure you Are exerting full effort and not just this as primary. But I'm using it while doing other stuff so how can it hurt to burn calories and increase cardio while working at a desk or sitting in a chair watching tv?
