  6. Get some rest, the next day or 2 will be rough but so worth it. Good luck.

  8. I go to the thrift stores too, I actually prefer them, I don't want to look like I am wearing new clothes. I like the look of a older weathered shirt and jeans, makes it look like I have been a Medium for a long time when it has only been a month.
  9. Dont worry, the scale will start dropping so rapidly you will not be able to slow it down, Your body is in starvation mode holding on as long as it can to the weight, at some point it will drop dramaticly. Your body has no choice when you are taking in so little calories it can only take from your fat and muscle what it needs.
  10. You look great, thanks for sharing.
  11. So do I, I would kill to be able to drink a Warsteiner Dunkel right now, I had some left and my wife used it for fish beer batter a couple months ago, brought a tear to my eye wasting a good beer for what I would use a old skanky miller light for. I have started making some different cocktails, I will be making a Old Fashioned tonight.
  12. Thank you ladies you are a great ego boost, here is a picture 2 weeks ago on my daughters birthday, and one at 6Flags it is nice to not have to worry about fitting in the rides.
  13. Thank you ladies, the blue pic was a labour day mancation with some friends, so almost 2 months ago. My wife thinks I am losing too much but I am super happy. I feel like I have my youth back. I love saying hi to people I have not seen since before surgery and the look on there faces when they recognise the voice but not the face. Then the laughing and smiles as they realize who I am.
  14. Congratulations on your milestone. when I hit 199 I called my wife in to look at the scale.
  15. Sorry I don't have a suit pic after yet but here is a before in a tux and a couple fishing pics one before 300# and recently at about 210#. I have reached 197# and am very happy with my sleeve.
  16. The inner voice never goes away, I am 10 days out and have lost 19lbs, the outer voices of friends and coworkers saying they did not recognize me squashes that inner voice bigtime. Just think of the money you will save not eating junk, I went out with my wife the other day to a steak restaurant and ordered the french onion soup no bread,no cheese and strained, $4 for lunch as opposed to my normal $20 plus.
  17. Good luck to everyone, I am scheduled for 7am tomorrow. Hope I can get some sleep, and they dont make me wait long since I am also a Hospital employee.
  18. I am 6 days out , I am very nervous as well, I was scheduled for yesterday but life got in the way and I pushed it off till the 11th, I am not afraid for my hair because it has slowly been leaving me for a couple years, I would rather be skinny and bald than heavy and bald. I understand how this would be way more of an issue for women. I am mostly afraid of not waking up. All of your issues are valid, I wish you the best.
