I've been a big guy pretty much my whole life. There' not a diet that I haven't tried. When tha gastric bypass surgery came along i was tempted, but seen way too many red flags. Years later i was told about tha lap band and I knew tha was tha perfect procedure for me. I had my surgery last year, and I've lost a lil over 70 pounds! No more knee pain, shortness of breath, and a variety of other nagging problems I've had through my adult years. At my largest I tipped tha scale at 406, my blood pressure was at an unbelievable level, and i could hardly put my shoes on with out losing my breath! lol Needless to say those problem are finely slipping away. I would recommend this surgery to anyone that has problems similar to mine. Tha lap band is perfect for people that have a hard time getting full. I never thought i would be satisfied with 2 pieces of turkey bacon and 2 eggs! It's a revelation!
