I had mine removed last year. There are so many who have to have it removed shortly after being sleeved. Definitely good to have it removed at the same time rather than after.

You can buy a food scale. I got mine from amazon. Then you can weigh your food. On some, you can put your empty dish in the scale and zero it out so even with the dish, it will say zero. After that, you start adding your food to the dish. 4 ounces is half a cup. Hope that helps.
