My journey began back in January by attending a seminar, I had to do 6 months diet and exercise monitered by a doctor, visit a nutritionist and visit a psychologist all to be approved for the surgery. When I started back in January I was 591 pounds, the day off my surgery I was 520, my goal is somewhere around 250-275. I would appreciate any help anyone can offer.:smile2:
