1st FILL

I had my first fill on Wed I had it in my head this was going to be the worst thing ever

well Dr Choi was so fast it was done before I had a chance to be nervous.

I am down 30 lbs in 6 weeks and feel great

I cant wait to really work out I was given the all clear to start this the lap band is the best move I have ever made for a million reasons

I have one question I was wondering are we allowed to have sugar free frozen yogurt as a snack ? I am trying to be ultra strict with the rules so I dont want to make any mistakes

Thanks B

Every doc's rules are different. I'm not supposed to snack, but if I do I try to chose something solid to fill the hunger, like a low fat peel cheese. But frozen liquid treats are the same as liquid calories which I'm supposed to keep low cal. and treat as a liquid (so not with meals)...so I have had SF popsicles and fudgesicles between meals...if it's low cal it would work for me between meals.
