HI, No Procrastination for me today!!

I just love reading your blog. I have it book marked. I got a band date of July 20. I am all ready to go. Now I play the waiting game. I am staying healthy as I have been asked to try to loose 10 to 15. I'm happy I have lost 17. Keep up the great job and I look forward to reading about your journey. Happy Bandiversary
