feeling stuck

:rolleyes: i had the lapband surgey in feb08 and have only last 50lbs:frown: i need to know if this is normal..has anybody else not done so great? :glare: and if so how did you get back on track?:thumbup: aany thoughts would be great!:smile: thanks

What are you eating? Are you making smart choices, not snacking, getting your water in? are you keeping up with sufficient fills? Are you exercising? The band is just a tool, we have to use it for it to do anything. Are you eating lean protein, then veggies, then fruit, then grains/pastas? or are you eating a bunch of slider foods?

Fifty pounds lost beats 50 pounds gained, but only you know what you may need to do differently!

Ok i had my lap band on murch 10 and so far i lost only 10 lb. first i lost like 18 lb then a gained 8 lb. i had my first fill like 3 weeks a go and i didnt lost any thing . i'm so mad
